Healthy snacks with peanut butter
I believe I am not the only one who is just in love with peanut butter!! So I have tried many recipes using it. And best snacks is exactly with peanut butter.
My favorite and easiest one just use some bread crisps covered by peanut butter and put some banana (perfect combination). Add a little coconut, or dried cranberries. Healthy and so delicious.
There are one more from my top list. You need black chocolate, banana and peanut butter (obviously).
Chocolate have to be melted. Spread a bit in silicone form, put a slice of banana, one tsp of peanut butter and cover everything by melted chocolate. All cake form bake in oven for about 15 minutes 180C. Take it out and try while it's hot. What is left keep in fridge, sometimes even more better to eat it cold.
