Getting around the city
I thought for this post I would share some shots of the ways people get around the city.

Starting with this shot of the lady walking across a pedestrian crossing, what caught my eye in this shot was two things, first yet again phone in hand, but at least she wasn't focused on it but was paying attention as she crossed the Pedestrian crossing.
Secondly, the color of her hair caught my eye and hence why I did this selective color edit.

This second shot is also a comment sight in the city People using skateboard or scooters to get around, probably quite an effective way to get around, I am not that good on skateboards, I would not be carrying a drink as I for sure would be wobbling and spill it everywhere.
Also I am not sure if you noticed it, but in his other hand is the control for his skateboard it is an electric one.

And finishing off with a buy cycling around, all be it in this case on the footpath, there are many cyclists in the city, but most ride on the road, but some choose to ride on the footpath, sure it is probably safer for them, but some can be quite ignorant and have no regard for pedestrians.
Also in this shot shows that it is not the younger generation on their mobile devices, with the older gentleman focused on his phone.

Interesting. Cities they are changing. Uber and Lyft replacing taxis. All kinds of bikes. Personal bikes, rental bikes, bikes with motors. Skateboards also some with motors. Same for scooters. Still lots of people walking. Nice photos @tattoodjay
Yeah things are constantly changing and not always for the better

As always great shots! I've never seen an electric skateboard. I'm guessing it would be an much more serious wipe out! LOL!!
I see a lot of them in the City I struggle riding a conventional one so I would never try one I would for sure wipe out LOL
