A Little Accounting
Thanks to a post by @trincowski about leasing steempower from minnowbooster I learned that the rate that was agreed to with BJ was going to be a little high actually based on current market. Because of this the rate was lowered from 5 steem to 4.286 steem per week. This will make a huge difference in the chance of this breaking even.
Also will be "selling" some votes to myself at a slightly higher rate then smartsteem is paying for a vote currently. The price is slightly lower then smartsteem charges yes higher then smartsteem is pay this account as a vote seller. Win-win for both accounts.
With a quick look after one day I was thinking there was no way this would work out, but now with the lower rate it just might work. Still going to be tight, but at least there is a chance.
