Yes, you can mute them. Open their profile page and click on the Mute button on the upper right corner. However, only you can mute them so they can't comment on your post. If they comment on other's post that you follow, like this one, you still see them. For this case, @pifc should be the one muting this bot (or so the account owner claims but I do not think it is a bot).
