Aha! yes, I need to do a post about it and share the document, but in a nutshell: I did it, I read it back a day later and my first reactions are 1) it's too much about me and I need to find a way of writing about working with other people and 2) the process didn't feel very collaborative, it needs to involve others (you lot!)
