How or where can I change this?
https://steem-engine.com/ is where you can exchange your tokens. If you hold ENGAGE and get 1000 you can start passing out ENGAGE to other people. It's not a token worth a ton so to me it's more of a nice little thing to try and build up some stake in. If one day someone decided to buy up a bunch then maybe I'd consider selling. But completely your call.
