Dôme chocolat praliné 🍰
This pastry is absolutely delightful. It took me a while to prepare as it is a bit tricky for beginners but it was definitely worth it.
It's made of a crunchy praline and milk chocolate biscuit topped with a chocolate mousse dome and a mirror glaze.
I found this really nice recipe on the french blog: sucre d'orge et pain d'épices, which I love.
