Twilight 朝暮

Twilight is a phenomenon before sunrise or sunset. During the morning, the twilight gradually becomes bright light. But, the twilight during the dusk fades away until it is dark.

The twilight in the morning is a reminder that we need to work, whereas, the twilight in the evening is an indication of rest. It means that there is time to work as well as time to rest. Rest is inevitable for living, without which, there cannot be effective work. Rest without work can make a person complacent and even lazy.

However, nowadays the people don’t relate too much to the twilight for rest and work. Instead, a dark night can be as bright as the day time due to electric light. And it is common for people to work at night and rest at the day time. There are people who may work day and night without sufficient rest. Sooner or later, the health of them are affected negatively.

Twilight is a good reminder for us to follow a routine which enables us to live healthily. Therefore, it is helpful to look at the natural phenomena from time to time to live normally.

朝暮是日出或日落的自然现象；即清晨或黄昏均出现光线，黎明会越来越光明，而黄昏的光芒会逐渐消失以致一片黑暗。

曰出提醒我们需要工作，而黄昏则表示要休息，这也意味着作息规律。休息是不可缺少的，没有了休息就不可能有效地工作。没有工作而只是休息又会让人自满甚至懒惰。

然而，如今的人已经很少根据朝暮的光线工作和休息。由于电灯，夜晚可以如同白天一样明亮，人们什至在晚上工作而在白天休息。有些人还可能日夜工作以致没有充分的休息，迟早会导致他们的健康受损。

朝暮提醒我们要遵循一个健康的作息时间；所以不时地观察自然现象或者也能促使我们要过正常的生活。
