1. Introduction

@Yasu24 of Partiko Japanese Ambassador translated 「@Partiko Reflection of the year! Why am I on Steem? 」into Japanese and it was the subject "The reason why it is in Steem".

What is the reason for Steem? I would like to write down the reason why I continue while asking that question. There are three reasons why I am in Steem.

2. Why continue steem

2.1 Connective management

One of the reasons for Steem is the connection with Steemian, which can connect with the platform. I have been continuing the ameba blog for 13 years since 2006. It can be said that it is a "connection" with everyone who sees the article that is cited as the reason.

I feel that the reason for continuing Steem is not an incentive for money. Ameba blog posting articles will not cause consideration. Considering why I was able to continue the ameba blog for more than 10 years, it is motivation for Steemian to see the articles I wrote and to receive "vote", which is still a casual everyday You can give me a new spice.

Maslow's hierarchy of needs - step theory is also theorized that there is a desire to human expression and self - approval. Human beings are constantly growing creatures towards self-actualization. I think that it will be one of the reasons for continuing Steem if "self-realization" and "self expression" are connected by Steem's connection.

2.2 Knowledge Management

It refers to the methodology that is introduced to improve organizational capabilities by utilizing intelligent information, whose purpose is to improve intellectual demand.

I am more fun to "know new things" than anything else. For example, what about the regional cuisine I have eaten on a trip, about spices used for cooking, about the shrines and temples I visited, all the things I do not know about the world. I input information by writing a blog and output information as I do not know about it. The ability to obtain more information through "vote", "resteem", "comment" leads to increased intellectual demand.

I think that it is one of the reasons to continue "Steem" because it is an iterative and agile knowledge process as one of the most fun things.

2.3 Self-management

I read articles written by everyone and find new "awareness" when doing "vote" or "comment" on the article. In some cases, like "THE RALLYING CALL: A DOLLAR A DAY FUNDRAISING TARGET", I also see articles that are seeking support in the world. There are also a lot of people who have a great feeling with illness.

When I read the articles of everyone, my problems and the like seem small. "What can I do for you", "What am I going to do with this trifling thing?", "Is not it better for me to look at things from a different angle more?"Also, there are many Utopian's wonderful engineers and unique people with vitality in the world.

By looking at such actions of everyone, it stimulates my daily life.　You can expect real-time response by writing articles. I think that continuing steem is not so difficult if "know" is taken for granted like "breath in".

3. Summarize

There are a lot of connected tools such as Twitter, Facebook, Instagram and so on, but Steem thinks that it is the best tool that can "self-realize" and "self expression".

Partiko Japanese Ambassadorの@yasu24さんが「@Partiko" Reflection of the year! Why am I on Steem?」を日本語に翻訳したもので、「Steemにいる理由」をお題にされていました。

Steemにいる理由とは何か。その問いかけに私ながらの続ける理由を書いていきたいと思います。私のSteemにいる理由は三つ。

2. Why continue steem

2.1 コネクティブ・マネジメント

Steemにいる理由の一つが、プラットフォームで繋がることのできるのSteemianとの繋がりです。僕はアメーバブログを2006年から13年間続けていますが、その理由がやはり記事を見て頂いている皆様との繋がりです。

Steemを続ける理由はお金というインセンティブではないと感じます。アメーバブログは記事を書いても"いいね"をしても対価が発生することはありません。ではなぜ10年以上アメーバブログを続けることができたかを考えると、やはり私の書いた記事がスティーミアンの皆様に見て頂き、"vote"を頂けるというのはsteemを続けるモチベーションにもなりますし、私の何気ない日常に新しいスパイスを与えてくれます。

人間に自己表現や自己承認をしたいという思いがあることはマズローの欲求5段階説でも理論化されている通りです。人間は自己実現に向かって絶えず成長する生きものであると言えます。Steemでの繋がりによって、その"自己実現"と"自己表現"が結びつくとSteemを続ける理由の一つになるかと思います。

2.2 ナレッジ・マネジメント

知的情報を活用して組織力を向上させるために導入されるの手法論を指しますが、その目的は知的要求心の向上です。

僕は新しいことを知るということが何よりも楽しいです。例えば、ぶらり旅で食べた地方の郷土料理のこと、料理に使うスパイスのこと、訪問した神社や神殿のこと、世の中知らないことだらけです。その知らないことを、ブログを書くことによってインプットし調べながら情報をアウトプットする。"vote"や"resteem"、"comment"により、さらなる情報を得ることができるというのは知的要求心を高めることに繋がります。

イテレーティブでアジャイルなナレッジプロセスが私は一番の楽しみの一つなので、これもSteemを続ける理由の一つになるかと思います。

2.3 セルフ・マネジメント

皆様の書いた記事を読んだり、その記事に対して"vote"や"コメント"をしていると新たな"気づき"を発見することがあります。

中には、THE RALLYING CALL: A DOLLAR A DAY FUNDRAISING TARGETのように世の中には支援を求めている記事を目にすることもあります。本当に境遇が思うようにいかない方や病気などで大変な思いをされている方も沢山います。

その記事を読んだときに、自分の悩みなどはちっぽけに思えるのです。「自分には何ができるのか」、「こんなことで悩んでいてどうするんだ」、「もっと物事の見方を違う角度から見た方がいいのではないか」。

また、世の中にはUtopianの凄腕のエンジニアの皆様や、バイタリティを持ったユニークな方々も多くいらっしゃいます。そのような皆様のアクションを見て、考えることも日々の日常に刺激を与えてくれます。

3.Summarize

ツイッターやFacebook、Instagramなど様々な繋がるツールが巷に溢れていますが、Steemは"自己実現"と"自己表現"ができる最適なツールだと思います。記事を書くことでリアルタイムなレスポンスも期待することができます。”知る”ということが”息を吸う”ように当たり前になってくればSteemを続けることもそれほど困難なことではなくなると思います。
