As they say around here , means something like "pointless" or close to that ... and damn phone, it autocorrected my title into a spelling mistake ... tsk ...

From my last walk to ratcity (i maybe shouldnt call it that but they do have those 25 people there, right ?) to the bureau of we-will-save-your-life-into-a-mold-that-is-acceptable ... the conclusion being (luckily for one part) we are both not the enemy (lol) but also that it's pointless ...

See, this country at the core, and leaving out my opinion confrom to article 23 of the constitution there, and the fact that i DO believe those girls truly believe they're helping, but life not being black & white like that ...

Look at that : all that money literally poured into concrete so the place doesn't suffer a heart attack from congested arteries ... (do you think ya des frais for using the roads ? nope ... but its a nexus right ... and someone pays for all of that, plenty of money for concrete, none for people left ...)

And it's work ofcourse, it's employment. De Nul ain't small fry, they have been up to Dubai aiding in the construction of the artificial islands if my information is correct, i used to know someone who dated someone who worked there. Phat lewt, months on-site (an engineer), all expenses paid as good as, come home to a fat stack waiting in the bank. All the more power ofcourse if you can and are able to do that.
But what happens when the road's constructed, do you think they'll keep the satellites and the whole workforce on ? I doubt it because that would be BAD business tactics ... what pays for it ? Loans from the central bank since belgium has been broke since about when i was born i guess ... (strange how you can just keep going when you reach a certain level , right?)

What's the added value since there's no revenue from it ? A small number of people can eat for a few years and then its back to square zero (my usual positive view on things ...)

And money there IS, but at the end of the day it ends up in a very small number of very fat pockets ... plenty of examples here, you got your T-palm (its all about construction work precious, few years ago that was the future .. EVERYONE construction work, and now EVERY kid's gonna have a STEM-career ... talk about delusional , should i say unrealistic expectations?)
Manager of the year, employs all over the place, builds houses ALL over the place ... company from Charleroi if i'm not mistaken (you have to see things from a belgian pov : charleroi is far from here - also in the french part of the country , which has all kinds of undertones that are hard to explain unless you're familiar with the social situation and evolution here). There's still houses here and plaques with "T-palm" on it in fat letters, a lot that arent used (habitated ? is that english) - in the middle of politicians going on about a "concrete stop" because the place is basically asphalt and houses barring a few green dots ...
Now from what ive been told, manager of the year ... company goes BANKRUPT ... no more eating for the employees, all those houses sit there, some unfinished ... ALL up for sale, but hardly anyone can afford to actually buy a house.
The banks think they make a smart move by giving next to 0% loans but in the end, dear precious, you HAVE to pay the money back ... if you can't pay the money back : the house wins , house goes to the dealer ... you lose that 9to5 and there you go ... call it risk aversion ? or realism ... or simply unaffordable

Now i dont doubt for one second the manager of the year himself lost one of his own houses or assets in the process ... and i'm not writing a protest song here, its part of what i was thinking on the way home.

It's like patching up a festering wound : you put a band aid on it only to find out by the next time you check you forgot to heal it and now the whole limb has gangrene (yea thats me , always smiling)

But it's feeding time and i already gave a minor discours here earlier today and with the upcoming elections in two weeks i don't wanna be too subversive here in soviet hellgium , so

o yea and also a picture of me in my best suit ...

be advised : it's been a while and i think that's because most of the next-gen cops by now know me or either have already stopped me : "WALKING around with a backpack" .... can be considered suspicious (but as i said : that's been a while, the last time they even offered to drive me home as i missed the last train , not gonna speak names or locations there ...)

Well now, that hit the spot ... i'm probably gonna doze off like my grandpa always did after dinner (is that getting old?) for a bit .
I said it before i'm definitely not a Marx-ist , i hope i am not any kind of -ist at all as i feel any -ism is just a great idea of theory that's turned to dogma, repeated like mantra by way too many people who can recite it by heart but don't grasp the soul. I try to take the best i can pick from all i can find to build my view, which builds itself because in the end there's only one master : the brain. Despite that i'm sure he and i could have had some seriously fruitful convo's lol , although, as in most cases : if you don't talk the talk you get discarded by default. I already stated if i vote it would be pirate party, which according to classic classification is something close to neo-green socialism with a very sharp edge of 2020 realist yet young enough in mind or body to be aktivist tek-heads to it , but, another one of my strange ways, they were born from protest im not sure id want to see them "rule" ... i think they make for a great opposition party and face it, when faced with power, opposition is the only thing to balance it so id rather have them doing it than the ultra-nationalists or the extreme religious factions.
That said .. i dont think they're even on the list in this province here and last time i checked they didnt even reply to my mail yet ... so if i can't for Julia Reda directly i might be wanting and have a nil vote because i don't feel like settling for something that comes somewhere close to it on a few points ...
i hope that does compute ...

awh noez, not again ! .... the term "socialism" as a concept is completely different from what you would get if your average American talks about it - there has been no decades of enmity with old Russia here , but it IS born from a workers movement under a lot of blood and violence nonetheless ... this is not the time or place to add six pages on that i'm sorry ... the undertone's completely different and extremes are extremess no matter on what side they are
