椒盐香豆包

以前我有一个店员说.她婆婆每天都要吃豆腐.豆干.豆包.豆皮

我问为什么??

她说因为婆婆跟奶奶都过了更年期.所以要补充<植物性荷尔蒙>...

<黄豆>是植物性荷尔蒙的主要来源~~

女人要想皮肤好,光吃大枣可不行,午餐这样吃,补充荷尔蒙抗衰老!

其实我们每天吃的<五谷饭>里就有黄豆了..

我就是想利用每天吃饭加减摄取...无鱼虾也好~~

偶尔想买些豆制品来吃..就是希望多摄取一些

这个豆包也有人叫做<豆鸡>..一般外面都是用卤的~

我今天想要来用炒的~~

我喜欢它炒起来干干的~加一点黑胡椒盐...

不要过多的酱油味..才不会盖住豆包的豆香味~

慢慢吃..会越嚼越香.......

还可以练一下牙齿的咀嚼功能..跛(咬)越久牙齿越勇~~

准备好材料~~~我还买了一条素面肠一起炒...

先下锅爆香辛香料~~有蒜头.辣椒.葱花~~~

再把切片的豆包放下去炒..加一点水才不会干锅加不加酱油随便啦

最后加入黑胡椒盐调味就好了~~

煮一盘三杯鸡因为想拌饭.所以没有收汁到干..汤汁可以拌饭~~
