Thank you very much for joining in, this is an excellent example of why @welcomewagon works - it brings together new Steemians and helps them realise their full potential by working together.
I really like your concept of showing the people you know Steemit works and then they will join, it does make me wonder if you have researched the upvote qualities built into Steemit or if this is blind luck - either way it has to be better to create content you can get rewards for on Steemit then give it away for free on other Social Media (The names will remain unmentioned to protect the innocent)
I have no doubt every one of the @wagonwheel recruits an graduates will grow organically - you already show an obvious team spirit that is enviable and look after each other - every one of you should be proud of what you have achieved.

I have not formerly researched the upvote qualities of steemit I just have a basic understanding of how it all works. For me its just based on community and and uplift said community by rewarding their work. But its also pretty logical, if your producing utter crap you wont last long! Content doesn't need to be super factual or purely creative. It just has to talk to the community you targeting! I'm actually a digital marketer by trade, so analysing platforms and benefits is something i do unconsciously. But let's just call it blind luck lol!
I have no doubt you decision will be hard!! All the entries were really great!! So be assured that you really can't make a wrong decision!! Good luck with your task ahead!!
