The Instinct We Lost - #DogsOfSteemit #DailyPetPhotography #Partiko-Lottery
Animals, they speak a language most humans have long forgotten. Sure dogs can bark, and specially trained ones mimic sounds but they cannot convey an idea as we do through verbalization alone. They speak from the body, in posture and tone, the slightest expression, the attention they give.
Some people think they lack human emotions, I think most humans lack the instinct to sense them. The thing that we lost is the animal instinct, through trust and love and faith of the word. We do not read body language as an animal would, our instincts are verbal which may be misunderstood.
Your tongue it may lie but your body will tell the truth despite what you say. The tone of your voice can’t hide your stress or dismay. The posture you hold exposes how you feel while attention you give leads to your desires.
If you can learn to understand the language they speak your connection and bond will be that much deeper.

Yea Daisy is a pretty intimidating dog but she is gentle as all could be, she would never do anything to harm you though she makes a good fuss when you stand on her stick 😅

Word. Dogs are the best. After my last old dog passed, I said that I need a 2 year break with no dogs. Only one year left... Sticking to my 2 years but looking forward to enjoying the silliness that dogs bring into our lives. Cheers!
Yea man it’s hard knowing we will see them pass, such innocence deserves a longer stay. I’m sure your new companion will have a wonderful adventure filled life as I imagine your previous would have had.
Will you train your pooch for photo shoots? Jerry is getting better at staying when I point the camera at him 😅 he still hates to look at it though 🤦♂️

Haha! I don't know man, maybe my next dog will be calmer and better with photo shoots. I had a yellow lab that was constantly full of energy and always running when out on trails. I got some decent photos of him but it wasn't easy.
Yea that’s how it is with Jerry also lol, treat in hand he will pay attention but still hard to line up a shot without him following the treat 😅
