Having just purchased a house I can say with some degree of certainty that the National Association of Realtors are not my favorite people.
I don't think I'll be sending them a christmas card next year.
Indeed they suck, I am not sure of the ratio but many if not most real estate agents are not actually "Realtors". I bought my house without any agent at all. I had a real estate license at one time though so I did have the advantage of knowing everything a real estate agent knows.
They are liberals, so they have brain rot! Their predictions are supposed to scare us, and they do, but not for the reasons they thought.
It is scary, because they think WE are stupid enough to believe them!
