This is a great post @solarsupermama, It is so important that our children feel empowered, because they have such a huge capacity for learning if only everyone trusted and listened to their children. They all learn so differently, as we all see things differently. In schools it's one model of teaching and thats it. Thank you for putting this together, resteemed x
Thank you so much for your kind words and the resteem! Trusting children, I discovered, is the really big leap for people. They just can't bring themselves to really believe children are capable. I really feel for teachers because they're tasked with an essentially impossible job. The years my kids were in public school were torment for everyone.
