Bravo. Great post! As a parent and a child of parents myself, there's one thing you said near the end that applies to every living person on this planet.

"What works today may not work tomorrow".

You can apply this to almost every part of life. I would even go so far to say that what works today will eventually not work tomorrow. :):)
