The true about @partiko “points” token
A total useless token...
If you use the @partiko points you will get nothing because the whole vote of the application is performed at the very same moment you press the post button...
I have learned this on my previous post.

Is there any development going on?
Did they disappear for holidays leaving the servers on?
It’s a pity because in my opinion it is the best steem DApp for cell phones...
Or it is not?
I think I am going to try out again @esteem instead...again.

Partiko is closed source, which means it's not a real dapp. @esteemapp is open source
Dapp means decentralized app. You could be running some closed-source app and still be decentralized. What about dapps which don't release the source code of their smart contracts on Ethereum?

I saw that esteem takes a % of your rewards.
You can remove the beneficiaries and recompile the application yourself from source code.

If I was @crypto.talk, I would remove the chat feature and re-engineer the gamification one.
Partiko was great even when it lacked most of the common Steem features. It will still be great if there is no incentive for people to use it. It is the best client out there, people will use it. People who aren't yet could be more for loyalty to their client. There is no need to offer anything to the users.
There is a informal law in computer science which tells that any app keeps adding features until adding a messaging one. Partiko also did it xDDD But it is not needed.

You should still get your author rewards. You will not get curation rewards from them voting after you.

The other day I was thinking about Partiko Points and that it would be cool that they can be turned into Steem-Engine tokens, idk if that is possible... They will become more useful for sure, and they could use the model @steemmonster is using for the votes.
