They would have to kill me; I would shut down the excessive spending, cut taxes, and REQUIRE voter picture ID! I would also make voter fraud, a felony with a minimum ten year jail time per offence!

It would be simple to take the income projections, look back to a budget that was 10% less; and assign that budget, as THE budget, for the next year.
