Recipe for clearing your head
This might not be a fit for all recipe, but it sure works for me. When you feel you need a break:
grab your car/bicycle/skate/whatever
head to a beach (the more secluded the better)
- Enjoy the warm sun and get your ass in the water from times to times.
For me, this works 99% of the time. Living in a country with great weather and a huge coastal line does help a lot. There's something about the sea that calms my mind.
Now, if you REALLY need to relax,and the above steps are not enough... try adding this:
Sometimes I feel I'm getting too old for surf... but as you catch the first wave and you glide through the water, I quickly remember that age... is just a number! Trying to catch waves before they catch you makes you forget all the problems you might have.
Now, if even that is not enough... try to stay a little longer.
Enjoy a beautiful sunset... and think tomorrow everything will be better! Positive thinking! 😉

Ah. a boat I wish. No ...I live on the Coast of Nova Scotia on the Atlantic Ocean. I see the ocean everyday. I have my own beach. Everyday I smell the sea air.

Wow. I live near Lisbon, with a view to Atlantic sea. Now in vacations in Algarve, same ocean... but wilder beaches 😉

Southwest coast is the place to check... you'll have all the wild beaches you can get! 😉

I would say that it works for over 90% of the population 😂😉😉
I do believe you may be right but probably only 40% are able to or make the effort to visit the beach regularly and get rejuvenated
