Maybe the organisation which shakes down homeowners for being homeowners, isn't the solution to homelessness.
i once sat in a hearing about creating affordable housing in my local city. It was painful to listen to, and people were angry. They equate affordable housing with crime, and thus the needle never moved.
I just don't know how the solution looks like.
