It might be true, especially if you include posting something with the hope of someone enjoying it as "vote begging". It would be difficult to do something without an assumption to get votes.
Unless some users never post or comment anything. They only vote or flag.
Those are the ones who aren't vote beggars in any way.
My intention was to point out that a lot of people have a certain expectation of reciprocation for how they vote and whom they comment on.
palnet.io is basically an add on for steem. It’s still on the steem blockchain but you’re getting a community coin via steem-engine.com (SMT essentially) and leveraging one of the largest steem communities.
