Respectability and having a track record matters in this "industry" because there ARE a lot of sketchy projects out there.

I have avoided most of them. The reason I immediately claimed my PAL tokens was precisely that this is one of the oldest and most respected Discord communities, and there is a proven track record there. PLUS they are being really selective. Is that "elitist?" Well, maybe but we all have the right to be part of whatever communities we choose!

And just because I am part of this doesn't mean that I won't still put effort into finding and helping newbies who are not qualified to be part of it.
