Day 576 | Moderately Active Tuesday

I started a challenge of taking 100 days off to mainly focus on my health and overall personal development and used this account as a personal blog to keep track of all my activity. I enjoyed it and continued afterward trying to build better habits and find a good balance between health, fitness, work and my personal life...

It was anothr fun tuesday as usual and again I pretty much failed on the low food intake. I easily manage to mot eat anything until 15:00 which at least is something. But there is just too much good food ready to go at my partents place to resist and the leftovers in the evening also are a problem. Anyway, I was moderately active doing a walk with our dog and going to get my oldest niece from her school by bike. In the early evening we continued playing Lego Harry Potter on the PS4 which was great fun and I watched the match of Club Brugge vs PSG in the evening.

I'm still hanging around the 64kg mark and am thinking of keeping that going for it next month.
