Day 545 | Planking Saturday

I started a challenge of taking 100 days off to mainly focus on my health and overall personal development and used this account as a personal blog to keep track of all my activity. I enjoyed it and continued afterward trying to build better habits and find a good balance between health, fitness, work and my personal life...

I was mostly occupied with betting on Saturday but I managed to continue eating healthy (even though nuts and seeds really get my calorie intake above what it should be) and I also managed to sneak in a couple reps during the day. A total of 320 seconds of planking, 240 seconds of side planks, 15 pull-ups, 10 Chin)ups and 20 Push Ups. Nothing to write home about but good enough to get things going for the next couple of months.

I found a quick and easy freezer meal with broccoli, pumpkins, lentils, brown rice, quinoa,... recently that I've been eating to save some time and I actually like it. I plan on doing a low calorie fasting day dringing lots of water to reach closer to my weight target for this week.

I will try my best to get this post close to the non-linear reward curve 24 hours after it was posted so everyone that showed support won't get screwed over by reduced curation rewards.
