It's always good to read your post about your art, because you always put a lot of details on how you created your beautiful painting. All these steps that you wrote make me appreciate the finished version more.
                       
I like the richness of the dark kettle here, you really nailed the shading and the petals brought such nice contrast compared to all the darkness.
