Rubbing the pain away...

Pain is painful in nature and this is irrespective of the cause. It could be through afflictions, physical hurt, emotional and spiritual push etc, but it is painful. Pain is a bloody master of discomfort for anyone that is brought down by it.
Did you know that pain travels a fair distance from that injured area to that part of our brain where we get to perceive it.
When you are in pain, it is easy to try and get some relief by rubbing it with the hope to generate some kind of impulses that will travel along the same pathways.
When in pain, rubbing the affected part is usually seen as an empty act because it produces a non painful impact which rides side by side with the painful impulse to try and bring abut some sorts of relief.
Pain is physical, emotional, spiritual and mental, and in whatever form it comes, rubbing it definitely has a part to play in giving some comfort.

The whole idea of rubbing the pain away is physical as it is emotional. In a relationship, it is mostly difficult to rub off the pain because that one cuts deeper and there is just no way to touch the heart physically.
Have you been in some kind of emotional pain at one time in your life? How did you cope?
No one can exactly tell us how we can manage such pain because we are different in nature and has the tendency to handle different situations in different ways.
Rub the pain way with your hands or your mind. There is not pain that was designed to last forever, but there are individuals who know just how to hold on to pain forever.
You must not magnify the pain in whatever form it appears, get self made hacks that will help you manage what may be a terrible situation.

No one can take away pains through pain. Painless feelings is what will help you drive the pain away. The pain may not stop immediately, there will be some soothing feeling that will help you manage the discomfort until total recovery.
Rubbing the pain away has so much to do for everyone. Choose the pattern that will work.
I get some kind of pains and when it comes, I ache bad. Whenever I find myself in that phase, I sometimes wish I could trade the pain away but that is not how life works, you must feel the pain at one time in your life.
How do I cope? Simple, I just rub it away and try to keep enjoying the painless feel caused by the rubbing and it gives me some relief that signals the coming of a final solution to that pain.

I read somewhere that, pain is the only thing that's real. And if you can master it, that is, become numb to it, you become a little higher than other humans.

I like that statement that pain is the only thing that's real and looking at it, you will want to agree.
Mastering something makes you get familiar with it and it's workings, but not advisable so do what you can to stay ahead of the curve.

Emotional pains can be so traumatic.
Rubbing the pains always though sound easy but is never easy, these pain don't heal easily and it gets worse when the cause if the pain keep coming back..
@ejemai, Boss, it's a nice solution but I prefer distance, may be going away for a while.
I just hate emotional pains, Gosh!!!, don't want to remember my experience...

We all have at one point in time suffer pains and no matter how we pretend to be good, we mostly fail.
Looking for a way to rub it off is the best way to go. Suck it up and follow through with the hope of not suffering much.

What i do is try as much as possible to stay away from whatever or whoever caused that pain and then make it a point to never get into such a situation again. Aside from that i continuously remind myself that nothing is permanent. This idea helps soften the blow.

It is essential we do what we can to stay away from what causes us pain even if we truly cannot do that. As long as we live, we will come in contact with the very familiar pain and the power to stay sane is what will count.
