it is 100% a scam there is a free version I tried a few weeks ago it takes a bit over a week to get enough to withdraw. So I waited and when clicked withdraw it said that I have used 2 accounts on my ip adress which is not true. It said if I upgraded my account then I could earn more and withdraw even though I had more than 1 account on my ip adress.
