QIIBEE REHABILITATES THE LOYALTY PROGRAM STRUCTURE USING BLOCKCHAIN TECH

For the benefit of all, i would like to explain the meaning of a 'LOYALTY PROGRAM' before proceeding to the subject matter for today.

MEANING OF A LOYALTY PROGRAM

Loyalty program is simply defined as those incentives and reward given to customers who frequently make purchases from a particular company's store with the major aim of retaining its already existing customers. The rewards in a loyalty program maybe in monetary form, it may also come in the form of discount or customers may be given advanced access to new products on their store.

The cases seen today is different from the initial plans drawn by these companies as most of them are now focused on making new customers instead of retaining the old customers who started patronizing the company's product. That is the main reason why we see customers purchasing items from different stores rather than focusing on just one store.

WHAT THEN IS QIIBEE ALL ABOUT?

After much research from the net, i was made to understand that qiibee is a decentralised, blockchain based loyalty ecosystem, working on creating a single application that will merge together other companies or businesses that offer loyalty programs to their customers.

With the introduction of their Erc20 token, QBX, the project aims at bridging the gap between cryptocurrency and modern day loyalty programs. However, it would be worthy for us to know the initiators of this wonderful project. They are nobody else but Gabriele Giancola and Gianluca Giancola, founded in the year 2015.

Despite the fact that this project was launched not too long ago, they have already made so many partnerships with great companies so as to achieve their goal. Their partnership with Loylogic industry, TLDR industry, Lakeside partners AG and many others has really added so much impact in today's tech. The team is made up of experts in their respective fields:
Gabrielle Giancola, the CEO
Gianluca Giancola, the CDO
Pascal Schindelhoz, the CTO
Federico Alconada, the lead architect.
They are working so hard to make sure that they put in the best strategy to achieve their goal.

They launched a prototype in the year 2016 which gained traction from more than 900 local, national and international brands such as subway, burger king e.t.c.

In conclusion, Qiibee's concept to decentralise the reward programs of various industries could be the solution to the underlying risks associated with the loss or manipulation of data within loyalty programs as it helps in reducing insecurity and as well, data management. The activities of malicious third parties will be greatly reduced with the strategies laid down by Qiibee, in that process, businesses will eventually grow and customers would have a reason to continue to purchase items from one company that seem fit to give their trust.
