OnePageX: Your Exchange In One Page
OnePageX is a cryptocurrency exchange that aims to be a simple as it can be. Here's my entry to the contest from @originalworks.
OnePageX crypto exchange where you don't need to register to be able to convert from a cryptocurrency to another. The exchange also aims to exchange to a wide variety of currencies. Bitcoin can be exchanged to +140 crypto coins/tokens by the time of writing this post.
OnePageX is short for "One Page Exchange" and it does that gracefully. The hassle of signing in to your account, finding deposits/withdrawals page of the typical exchange. All of this isn't a problem here. You only need one page and everything is done inside it. Kinda like Changer.com or @blocktrades but with more coins and simpler design.
The transaction time is instant as soon as your payment gets confirmed, something I think is expected from exchanges like OnePageX these days.
OneBox feature of OnePageX
The feature, in my opinion, is brilliant. As it was said in the contest announcement post. Sometimes you need to convert to more than one Cryptocurrency without the hassle of opening and closing the exchange pages.
OneBox acts like a smaller version of OnePageX that can be put into any web page that supports HTML5. You and your visitors (if you're a website owner) can exchange coins without leaving the website you're on.
Final Thoughts
In my opinion OnePageX is the Bitcoin alternative for @blocktrades which is better designed for Steem/SBD users. I'd love to see the competition between the two services if / when OnePageX starts to accept #Steem conversions.
While 140 coins/tokens may seem like a big number, especially compared to the mentioned Blocktrades,. It depends on the coins themselves. Since Steem isn't accepted yet in OnePageX I assume the ones accepted are all popular ones. I wonder how many coins there will be by the time Steem/SBD gets accepted there.
