MY ORCHID "CAMBRIA"
TODAY I WILL TELL HOW I GROW MY CAMBRIA.
The name of my orchid "Goodaleara Tahitian Dancer 'Melody's" - Fragrant!
-Goodaleara%20Tahitian%20Dancer%20'Melody's.jpg)
The name "Cambria" includes such orchids as:
Oncidium, Brassia, Miltonia, Odontoglossum and others.

Cambria are considered the most unpretentious of orchids. Nevertheless, some of them did not survive me.
This is not my fault, because these orchids love the coolness.
The best temperature for Cambria is: from +16 to 28 ºC
And our summer is very hot!
The difference between day and night temperature should be from 3 to 5 degrees.
My Orchid: Miltonidium Bartley Schwarts Highland fragrant- spicy strong flavor.

In winter, the temperature should not fall below +14 ºC.
During the growth of new dobulbs, Cumbria should be watered abundantly by lowering the pot into warm water. As soon as the soil is impregnated with water, immediately pull it out onto a pallet and drain excess water. DO NOT THAT THE GROUND IN THE POT BROWS STRONGLY!

Once the bulbs are formed, immediately watering greatly reduce!
As soon as the flower arrow appears - watering immediately increases!

During flowering, watering is normal, so that the soil dries completely.
When the orchid fades, we gradually reduce the watering. The flower arrow I cut off when it withers.
Then I triple the orchid drought, that is, I do not water it 2-2,5 weeksat all! It depends on your climate.

To say honestly, I hardly use fertilizers.
I use : "Amber acid"- "succinic acid"
I apply it in the period of active growth of orchids:
1 tablet (crush into powder) "Amber acid"-succinic acid per 1 liter of warm water - dissolve well.
I lower the pot into this solution.
Cumbria needs light - at least 10 hours. But not direct sunlight!
Odontocidium Wild Willie ‘Pacific Bingo’ - and its other name Colmanara Painter's Delight - Fragrant!
