As one of the 5 judges, and as an original artist also, I aim to represent the best original artists in this contest from our wonderful Steemit community. I am keeping my ears open for cover artists as well, don't worry but creating an original song is indeed impressive, especially if executed and performed well. Best of skill and performance to you all next week. This week was filled with so many wonderful artists, even amongst the high amount of entries, and there were still many talented performers who entered, so forgive me if I didn't list you, I definitely heard everyone's entries. Some would say you killed it, assassin's creed, sweet notes rolling smooth like scattering beads, people can be locked into their emotions, but you allow escape, expression and them to be freed, sharing the gift of music is a universal deed, hungry souls clamour for more, and with that harmonic delivery you shall indeed feed. Whether vocal instrument or a reed, amongst the weeds you're planting seeds, and inspiration will blossom when you pour our passion and succeed.

First off, apologies and deepest empathy for the loss of your home to a flood, life weighs upon our weakened shoulders and sometimes the world drops down upon us with a thud, that is saddening that you lost your close friend and bud, but may a new relationship blossom in its place, a beautiful rosebud, keep trucking through the sinkholes, quicksands and mud, moving forward in a new direction, free from hurt and no bad blood, shout out to my city San Francisco, you deserve second place, as far as this list goes, your original is sweet to the ears, very blissful, far from abysmal, reflects beauty as a crystal, thanks for sharing this gem, it's official.

3. @esthersanchez's "I Don't Know Why" By Nora Jones Cover Song
Your daughter will be so proud of you right now, you are two for two please take a bow, this was a wonderful cover, sweet to my soul, reminds me that I am indeed a music lover, your vocals fit this cover so smoothly, you moved me hugely, and calmed my spirit cooly, you should keep up these kinds of entries, truly, you're showcasing all your talent and skill with ease, absolutely. This is just raw and wrapped up with style and flavor, sushi :) You are the bomb, but can defuse the moody profusely. A beautiful voice brings peace, believe me, you'll make an impact bringing light and hope to the sad and gloomy.
4. @joseacabrerav's "Banana Pancakes Feat. Pablo Granadino/@Granaddiction" By Jack Johnson Cover Song
This had a lot of soul and flavor, more than Banana Pancakes, you two did fantastic and had a lot of fun, respect! Now give me a handshake. This music can heal the body more than plants called mandrakes, an entry each week from the duo @joseacabrerav and @granaddiction we should mandate, you make all the listeners tune in, military attention, stand straight! You continually give and give and give the gift of music rather than take, competitors gotta watch out for you two like land snakes, you don't hold anything back, never parking or stopping, only full clutch throttle, without any use for the handbrake, your hunger makes you push through the heat of the moment when its your cue, because you know what's at stake, keep sharing your talent, keep progress and always have faith, I watch your video smiling, inspired, never with a sad face, I just wait until the end of the song, and say to myself, "Now that's great!"
5. @drewley's "Bleeding Love" By Leona Lewis Cover Song
We know we are human when it is love we are bleeding, God made us as such, and I am glad we are still breathing, life is shorter than the distance we are seeing, and beauty can be found through the turmoil, just like your piano playing and duet singing, don't falter and miss a step, keep inspiring and proceeding, pain not only awaits to those who keep leading, but strength and growth for themselves and those following behind, succeeding, love will prevail at all costs, time does stand still when we are blind to the frost, some don't want our happiness and are quite crossed, but we just remember the sacrifice made for us, Christ's love at the cross, not all is lost....
