Open Mic week 43 - Be my sugar (original)
Hey steemit friends! This will be my first open mic post and it's an original song I wrote about a year ago. Music has helped me push myself as a person and a creator and I love getting to share that with others.
I'm still finding my style within the music, but this song has a folk/pop feel to it and I love exploring new genres. I've been singing and writing music since I was about 15 and my older brother got me into it. I write mostly about personal experiences, but it's always fun to take on a story and write as if I was someone else.
I'm always looking for new music inspiration, so comment some of your favorite artists below! love ya guys.

Just listened to you and don't know why you have such few votes. **THIS WAS REALLY GOOD. ** An original song with a catchy tune, good dynamics, I thought it was great.
