JOULESTEEM Charging Experiments: The GI Metal Variant - Post #49

The circuit as illustrated below is a variant of the JOULESTEEM Very Low Voltage Charger as per my last post that can be read here: https://steemit.com/offgrid/@lightingmacsteem/264x8p-lighting-for-everyone-the-steemit-way

AN IMPROVED CIRCUIT ARRANGEMENT

Illustrated below is the circuit of a JOULESTEEM Very Cool Charger (another variant):

Some arrangements to note that differs from the previous circuit:

  1. In place of the ground connection is a connection to a GI (galvanized iron) railing at the second floor of our house

  2. A series arrangement of a 3 watts 220 volt LED bulb and the charge battery (one way) from the circuit’s negative node going into the GI railing

  3. The primary of the transformer is not directly connected to the secondary, which only means that if this circuit arrangement will oscillate the “atmospheric” electricity from the antenna going into the GI metal rail is responsible in energizing the transistor at its base to emitter junction

PRELIMINARY BUT VERY INTERESTING RESULTS

Cold Charger High Advantage Using Electricity From The Atmosphere

There can be no doubt that there is an “unknown” type of electrical pressure (voltage) from the air (thru the antenna) to the GI iron rail (possibly the whole house with its cement embedded to the Earth), this fact is evident because the circuit is running!!!

Not only is it running, but it exhibits much more superior qualities as the previous JOULESTEEM low voltage charger, herein laid out:

  1. The transistor is cold and not even a hint of becoming hot as the circuit runs optimally

  2. The source voltage stays at the 11 volt range; this indicates very good performance

  3. The output produced is voltage that is able to light up the 220 volt 3 watts LED bulb and at the same time charge up a small capacity (7Ah) battery

  4. Operating frequency is very high at 3 plus Khz; this indicates a very good performance

  5. The circuit as arranged can be improved much further due to the fact that the voltage at the output is very high (around 90 volts); said voltage is clearly coming from the antenna and most probably picking up atmospheric electricity in the form of voltage pressure, this is a fact because the other end of the circuit is an open ended GI metal that is embedded into the house thru concrete

As I write this blog the circuit is still running optimally and I am planning to let this run for about 2 to 3 days straight and see what happens.

By the way I need to clarify that at this stage of the experimentation of this JOULESTEEM circuit arrangement a power supply that is plugged in to the grid is also “aiding” the source battery in doing its job. The final of all finals in this endeavor is to remove any connection to the grid of course.
