WHY DO WE HAVE TO TEST THE LIGHTING INTENSITY

I started my introduction at STEEMIT with a title fit for such experiments, a way to light every home using non-solar non-wind approach. It is just proper that we will scrutinize this firstly. I also believe a faint light is good, but a real and shining light is always best and can be used for a better purpose.
One of the purposes that I can foresee for a real lighting intensity is a fleet of ultraviolet lights indoors for a farming method. This application alone, even if a future consideration is worth checking and confirming even this early.
Another very good application is to homes and places where it is darkest at night like our rural areas. In places where the grid can not reach anymore, we can just imagine the progress if lighting can be applied everywhere and self-sustaining. I also believe if we consider our history, it is when the lighting technology arrived on homes and factories that a quick sprint of progress and economic opportunities arrived.

THE APPROACH
We will have a very simple approach to our tests, in increments of one hour we just need to operate the JOUELSTEEM circuit and observe if the light intensity is acceptable and not fading. The three hours maximum is even enough because this is the time frame that I have also targetted for the source battery and charge battery will be swapped.

THE EXPECTATIONS
I expect for the JOULESTEEM circuit to accomplish these things with regards to the 220 volt LED bulb:
-Lights up the bulb with good and usable intensity for up to three hours
-The LED bulb will light up at its optimum operating parameters, not under-voltage not over-voltage
-The JOULESTEEM circuit will be able to function cold, the LED will warm up while in operation indicating that the power and energy going into it is real and tangible
If lighting can be brought to anywhere and anytime because it is already self-sufficient, I really think many good things can be accomplished as compared to the limitations that we encounter now due to engulfing darkness.
