Thank you. It is so exciting as we go more and more off the grid. I mean, we were as off the grid as you can get in New York but here on our new homestead to take a fully on the grid house off the grid is a real challenge.

You told the world that you needed money to get Melanie to the states yet you have enough income showing on your taxes to afford to support her. But you couldn't support yourself crying in video after video of how you had no power and no heat and no money.
Why did you have a fund raiser for the baby? If you are earning enough money to support your family WHY DO YOU NEED a fundraiser?

I know what your talking about this is a tough job but someone has to do it.
Well, nobody has to do it but it sure gives you comfort with winter coming and the snow falling (it is now). We lose power out here a lot. I know I will not have to suffer.
@thediyworld How many generators did you bring from Pine Bush? The only way you’re going to survive any prolonged power outage is with a generator and plenty of on grid gasoline. Better get those junk batteries installed in the garage soon!
The batteries are good. I have two generators stuck in the back corner of the garage. Not going to be needed due to having solar panels and battery backup.
