Three days ago @acidyo announced Operation Curation Delegation in which 20k of their steem power will be delegated to 10 users who's responsibility will be to seek out posts by newcomers, shining a light on those hidden gems that don't get the views or the rewards they so richly deserve.

I have put my name forward to apply to be chosen as one of these ten delegated curators. I have been on Steemit for just short of a month and for the past week I have been an active supporter of @aggroed's minnow support project, helping out in my role as greeter on the PALNet Discord channel - guiding and assisting new members. On a daily basis I see posts by fellow minnows who's work is outstanding - yet they find the grind of getting views and votes to be difficult. I want to help them.
