Magick Circles Vs. Standing Alone
I've always thought of how cool it would be to run into like-minded people on an Esoteric and Magickal path in life. Ive dreamed of meeting folks like me and have knowledge that they are willing to share and also interested in my methods of practice.
In highschool there were always the weird kids that got all their Wiccan magick from the hollywood movie The Craft and not really practicing any form of real magick at all.
Id say standing alone has its strong points for sure. There are alot of people in the magick community that are so full of "Hocus Pocus" they have succeeded in only adding to the stereotypes.
The word "magick " is a bit different than witchcraft ill have to say but theyll still receive the same bad reputation because alot of the people that are claiming to be magicians are actually just quacks and charlatans. I stopped believing in fairytales a long time ago. Probably around the time i first saw someone slam some heroin which was when i was around 8 years old. People still cant get over the news.
A magician has no use for spells that might bring him a girlfriend to touch his heart and cock. A magician has no desire to cast spells for riches because a true magician has no desires for this kind of vanity. A real Genuine practitioner seizes opportunities as they arise as they come. Saying "Yes" or "No" giving thanks along the path around every corner. Letting the chips fall where they may and always follow up with the propper intent as the day unfolds. A lot of people in Wiccan, Hermetic, Chaos Magick, and other magickal communities seem to really create a superstitious stigma around Magick and really make the Magician seem a little weird. I meam dont get me wrong. To be a magician you must already be a little eccentric but thats a beautiful thing to be. A rare work of art is what you are, but when you stand in a room full of eccentric people you have no idea which fantasy films these characters grew up on and are still living their favorite scene in the movie...

THERE IS ONE RULE CALLED "To be SILENT"... This means that you cannot film or even discuss your new found magik with anyone (not even here). Do this ONLY so you know that.
A) The cloud is essentially imaginary as is everything we deem "physical".
and
B) That your imagination affected our "group imagination" (mass-consciousness dream we all share).
Easy. Not discussing is the only price you must pay, but it is worth that to know you will live forever and that you are a GOD (part of god).
That said. I have manifested Girlfriends and I taught people to attract others using magik in one of my own Steemit Blogs. New to this site but may not stay. I blog and write books on these topics elsewhere.
I assure you. What you see in this comment is very real novice magik and that cloud busting can be a truly "Holy Crap" moment for many.

Interesting post, for sure. I am pretty sure there will be a blog out of this on my end but I need to let it marinate. Can I ask you a question before I put together a response? Maybe it is in your blog somewhere, I just didn't find it yet but how long have you practiced and what kind of practitioner would you call yourself? Who are your influences? I am a Gnostic Occultist Chaos Magician. Most of my morals and influence come from the Rosicrucian philosophy.
I was just wondering because while I totally agree with you about the Craft and the influence on fluffy bunnies, but I would say that we all have to start somewhere. Plus, some of those practices help get people set on their way. I do think that it has done a disservice to the community, but that is another rant ;) I do think that people can be magicians and want love or even stuff though. If only all occultists were pure, that would be nice. Alas.... every faith and practice has the bad apples and those there for the show. Authenticity is a beautiful thing and has it's place though.
