Indeed, it seems to me like you didn't read the post... they will fund everything with node rewards... and for those rewards to be high enough you need NULS to be at 20 USD.
I read the post. End of the day like you said, big backers won’t let their investment die. Even if it meant fronting it from their own pocket.
