In the waiting for the bus (Illustrated chronicle of a Blackout)
I have done 16 and I am still not satisfied, and some remain to be improved. This is another illustrated chronicle about the blackouts in Venezuela (Situations in the midst of modern darkness).
In this situation they are a group of people waiting to board public transport at night, somewhere after arriving from their work, without electric service. This transport here is known as encava, which is more or less a giant new vehicle, of which there are very few.
Note to reader: Last week in the municipality "El Hatillo" people reported having had 57 power outages throughout the week ...
