I like drawing vampires, they're super elegant murderers xD. Well since they're just fictional creatures, I think it's fine to like them lol.

Nice drawing and backstory! As to the tired eyes, there could be a million explanations, but let's go with the simplest.
When looking at a digital screen, like a computer, people tend to blink far less often than when reading a book. I don't know about while drawing, but drawing requires a lot of focus, which may also lead to less blinking. Basically, you may want to be more conscious about blinking and taking breaks. Finding eye drops that don't have alcohol in them might be a good idea, too.
It doesn't help that as we age, our eyes naturally become drier. I used to be able to wear contacts for 16 hours a day and sleep with them in no problem. Now, sometimes they hurt my eyes after a few hours.
Best of luck, and obviously if the simple solutions don't work after a few weeks, see an optometrist. You might just need new glasses to reduce eye strain.
I was thinking of going to doctor, but this problem come and go with time so I'll wait for a few days. I don't wear glasses and I am hoping that I won't have to xD. I do use eye sprays from the chemist, they help a bit.
