Clay Diya!
# Hello Wonderful People!
Lighting Clay Diya in any festival and occasion is one of our traditions here in Bangladesh. Also, this is very common in India. Clay Diya is sustainable for a long time and it can easily lighten up outdoor, maybe that's why people like to decorate places and home with clay Diya. Also, it's easy to make.
I can remember, in my childhood we used to make diya out of clay, then put some kerosine oil with a rope and light that up. It was really fun.
I captured this image a year ago in my Department's anniversary function from the University of Dhaka.
