è il nostro primo battesimo marocchino.

La polizia ci fa accostare, il poliziotto fa scendere M e io l'accompagno perché sono l'unica che sa un po' il francese... Mi dispiace ma vi devo fare la multa - dice l'agente sorridendo - siete andate a 139 Km/h e il limite è 120 - non possiamo che annuire, pagare e firmare il foglio. Marrà! Non superate i 127 km/h - l'agente dice con enfasi il nome della mia amica e ci avvisa della loro elasticità, noi ci guardiamo sorridendo, lo salutiamo, saliamo in macchina... e siamo subito innamorate ^.^

[ENG] The landscape around us is reminiscent of Mars ... fiery red earth, rounded hills, pebbles and small cliffs. A surprise awaits us at the highway exit

it is our first Moroccan baptism.

The police drag us, the policeman leaves M and I accompany him because I'm the only one who knows a bit of French ... I'm sorry but I have to do the fine - says the agent smiling - you went to 139 Km/h and the limit is 120 - we can only nod, pay and sign the sheet. Marrà! Do not exceed 127 km/h - the agent emphatically says the name of my friend and warns us of their elasticity, we look at each other smiling, greet, get in the car ... and we are immediately in love ^.^

[ITA] Parcheggiamo in una piccola strada, ci fermiamo a bere un tè alla menta e poi via, verso l'oceano dove ci attende una bianca e splendente meraviglia, la Moschea di Hassan II. Chiediamo a un turista di farci una foto con la mia Lomo... e la fortuna ci assiste.

[ENG] We parked in a small street, we stopped to drink a mint tea and then off to the ocean where a white and shining wonder awaits us, the Mosque of Hassan II. We ask a tourist to take a picture of me with my Lomo ... and luck helps us.

[ITA] Sotto la moschea c'è una zona con dei grandi fiori di marmo da cui sgorga l'acqua per lavarsi prima di salire per la preghiera. L'interno è molto sfarzoso e l'impianto architettonico è di una basilica. Anche dall'esterno il minareto sembra un campanile... in cima tre sfere che rappresentano i tre elementi della religione mussulmana: Acqua, Aria e Terra. La guida che ci accompagna parla italiano, è un signore umile che ci racconta aneddoti e curiosità.

[ENG] Under the mosque there is an area with large marble flowers from which water flows to wash before climbing for prayer. The interior is very gorgeous and the architectural structure is of a basilica. Even from the outside the minaret looks like a bell-tower ... on top of three spheres representing the three elements of the Muslim religion: Water, Air and Earth. The guide that accompanies us speaks Italian, is a humble gentleman who tells us anecdotes and curiosities.

[ITA] Il piazzale è gigantesco e il sole riflette nel chiaro marmo riscaldandoci il cuore. La luce ci abbaglia e ci regala un cielo in cui perdersi... ognuna a suo modo.

[ENG] The square is gigantic and the sun reflects in the clear marble warming the heart. The light dazzles us and gives us a sky in which to get lost ... each in its own way.
