Pencil Drawing Feet Based on Abel mort Sculpture
Hi everyone, sharing with you a pencil Drawing based on the Abel mort Sculpture in Musée d'Orsay Paris. It was done on A5 paper using a range of pencils 6B to 3H and some graphite sticks. I was drawn to the emotion of the sculpture. It is quite simple yet I find something about it quite powerful and wanted to capture this in my drawing. I did a drawing in the past of the same sculpture but of the face for the same reasons.

Beautiful work, actually legs are also one of my favorite topics, I am just still looking for nice perspective. I like the way you created your drawing, like the big toe looking up and the rest resting nicely. It is a hard job to do such details. Really well done, Ian :)

Siempre he escuchado que las manos y los pies son una parte muy difícil de pintar...creo que el área de los pies quedó muy bien, solo moldearia un poco la curva en la parte alta de la pierna. Te felicito sigue así.
