The largest tree in Europe - Ivenacker Oaks
For the love of trees. Our Environment is such a fragile thing as we just saw in my last post. Thats why i want to feature once again a tree that is so special. This is a Light Painting featuring 1000 year oak in northern Germany. Its considered the largest tree in Europe. To give you a sense of scale: ittakes about 12 people holding hands to get around the tree. The second photograph should illustrate that a little bit.
The second photograph is a 130sec. long exposure on ISO500 on my 14mm F2.8 lens to fit the tree in my frame.
