Remembrance of Rome

When we talk about Rome, we enter into a very broad subject.

History, Empire, Culture, Art, Papacy, Baroque, are just a few aspects of the Eternal City.

Today I just share a watercolor fruit of my memories.

A view imagined by one of the hundred bridges that were built by the Roman Empire on the Tiber.

I leave you some spectacular images of the capital of Italy.

In my pictorial work I tried to represent the ancient atmosphere that hovers over the city.

When you walk on one of the bridges on the Tiber, you are speechless, stunned.

You can observe dozens of ancient buildings surrounding your vision.

A breathtaking skyline that you can't help but photograph.

If we add a beautiful sunset to these typical views of historic Italy, the result is unique in the world.

Art, culture and nature merged into one embrace.

I hope you like my watercolor and have inspired a nice trip to Rome.

Ricordo di Roma

Quando parliamo di Roma entriamo in un argomento molto vasto.

Storia, Impero, Cultura, Arte, Papato, Barocco, sono solo alcuni aspetti della Città Eterna.

Oggi mi limito a condividere un acquarello frutto dei miei ricordi.

Una veduta immaginata da uno dei cento ponti che sono stati costruiti dall'impero romano sul Tevere.

Vi lascio qualche immagine spettacolare della capitale d'Italia.

Nel mio lavoro pittorico ho cercato di rappresentare l'atmosfera antica che aleggia sulla città.

Quando passeggi su uno dei ponti sul Tevere, resti senza parole, sbalordito.

Hai modo di osservare decine di costruzioni antiche che circondano la tua visione.

Uno skyline mozzafiato che non riesci a fare a meno di fotografarlo.

Se poi aggiungiamo un bel tramonto a questi panorami tipici dell'Italia storica, il risultato è unico al mondo.

Arte, cultura e natura fusi in un unico abbraccio.

Spero che il mio acquarello vi piaccia e vi abbia ispirato un bel viaggio a Roma.
