decadent
love and care
left forever.
Lonely
with dignity
no regrets
continue your life.
Fascination and pathos
fill the gaze
curiosity
with your calls
like a mermaid
that attracts Ulysses
towards the unknown.
Your quiet soul
weave stories
written on beams
carved out of stone.
Deep furrows
that mark
men and stories
lived.
Alone and abandoned
hide the complaints
who left you.
forever.

Sola,
vecchia e decrepita
senza trucco
ancora viva
nel ricordo.
Sola e abbandonata
decadente
amore e cura
lasciati per sempre.
Solitaria
con dignità
senza rimpianti
continui la tua vita.
Fascinazione e pathos

Thanks for the poem and the artwork, Armando. This is something that Italy and Portugal have in common. There are a lot of big houses abandoned and left to rot. Time will deal with them, since humans won't. 😕
I am in the middle of abandoned house :)) Lonely memory seek and hide are around me. Even watercolored, even green trees it looks lonely. Isolated desolete soul lost their way. You witness between the trees. So the house is objectified. Standing is another being to be alive. See you later armando ~~
