If you look at the tag he mentioned... I don't think anyone entered the competition. (I think it has something to do with the fact he was asking for a 2SBD entry fee. IMO)
No he resteemed like 4 entries, if you look at his page, mine was the first and then he resteemed 3 others

So it said 'run for a whole week'. Then a couple days after I asked about it and he said friday he would announce. I will have to dig to find that comment
