Adding to fun fact about mosquitoes being attracted to certain body odors. Some of those odors are molecules produced by bacteria on skin for quorum sensing. Mosquitoes seem to eavesdrop on communication between bacterial community. It seems they tend to prefer some communities over other. The abundance of some species of bacteria on our skin vs other can make us more attractive to these tiny vampires.
