Searching project leaders on eco projects

We are looking for people who are willing to stay on long term peremesis. 1 year. Free food and accomidation.
The consept is to teach permaculture, build a self sustainable farm which can be used for schooling of the locals and have retreats and courses for a happy lifestyle.. off the grid.
We will also have yoga teacher traings and other certificate giving courses whithin farming and sustainability.
Have lands to start off in Thailand and India.
