I appreciate your five-star voting system, it's nice of you to support the people that support you. There are a lot of authors here on steemit that never reply, acknowledge, or up vote their supporters.
So my question would be how do they keep so many followers?

To your question of why people have so much followers:
I think there are a lot of people out here on Steemit that dont follow up their followers. I have seen numbers of time that the "big" people that blog dont answere people that write comments to their post. That is a shame and sooner or later they will loos the once that write comments to them. And then they will be finished as a "big" bloger here on Steemit.
So one tip is to always take time to answere the people that are commenting on your post.
And if you have a lot of followers you have a bit of a job to write back to them all :)

Yes @ tbnfl4sun, you're right there are people who earn a lot on steemit but they do not vote their supporters !! I do not understand why ! but to be honest I can say that there are those who do not know that they lose like that, they just have to look a little to understand that we also win by voting, in addition to that it is good to be a little generous anyway :)
For OBN I think it's an exceptional team that does a great job and helps a lot of people here, it's very nice of them.
To know the value of generosity, we must have suffered from the cold indifference of others .
